There’s a lot of overlap between where you want to go and where I’ve been. I know what it’s like to take a vision and work it all the way through to completion. I know how important it is to do things the right way while getting the job done.

Since ForeSight Consulting, LLC was founded in 2004, we have helped developers, project managers, and property owners with over 2500 projects. We’ve worked on educational, medical, institutional, correctional, and development projects ranging in construction value from $5,000 to $50,000,000.

Every day, we provide civil engineering, site design, and surveying to help customers understand and maximize the use of their land.

I started my career working for a regional consulting engineering firm in Indianapolis and then served as a principal for a Fort Wayne area engineering and land-surveying firm. During those early years, I decided I would do two things:

1. Use precise yet innovative solutions for surveying and development
2. Build a company that prioritized the success of its clients above the success of the owners.

When I started ForeSight, I tapped into the boundless energy of an enthusiastic team of young professionals to bring fresh ideas and implementation to all aspects of civil engineering, surveying, and land development.

More recently, ForeSight has also acquired top firms in the area. Their talent and historical records allow us to offer high-quality services and say “yes” to challenging projects across an even larger area.
